At Charp, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work. It is designed to comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In their original condition with all tags and labels attached
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and other reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Gift cards
4. How to Start a Return
- Email charpmenswear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You will bear the cost of shipping the item back to us, except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or a replacement, mention this when you start your return, subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.
7. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it’s approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within [7–10] business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it can be handled under the return process above. If we cancel your order for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.
