Open Positions
Sales Manager
Lead our retail sales team and own the store’s performance. You’ll drive sales targets, manage inventory and daily operations, and mentor the sales executives under you.
- 3+ years of experience in retail or apparel sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable with billing systems and stock management
Sales Executive
Be the face of Charp. Welcome customers, understand their style, assist with fittings and billing, and keep the store displays looking sharp.
- Good communication in Kannada, English or Hindi
- Customer-friendly, well-groomed and energetic
- Freshers welcome — full training provided
Promoter
Represent Charp at stores, malls, exhibitions and promotional campaigns. Engage walk-in customers, share offers and build brand visibility on the ground.
- Energetic personality with good communication skills
- Flexible to work weekends and event days
- Prior promotion or event experience is a plus
